I might have to do something boring like teach Logan to be calm and automatically sit to leave his kennel and the yard gate...rather then me opening the gate and telling him to sit after touching him to stop pacing insanely.
A tired dog is a good dog, a trained dog is a better dog.
I'm thinking a trick where Ryuk and Gamble actually interact. Something adorably cute that would double as "just because he touches you does not mean it's time to play" for Gamble and "oh stop whining, you know you love him" for Ryuk. Maybe them doing weaves between each other's legs or holding things together and interacting?
My back-up is distance commands with Ryuk beyond sit, down, stand, and sit pretty, I'm thinking directionals, spinning, bowing, balancing, etc. Gamble I'd freeshape a bit, see what he came up with (he's almost creative now....in questionable ways O_o) and go from there.

Somehow I am picturing them in the back seat saying "He touched me!" "I did not. YOU touched ME."
In the first of the two videos do we just tell what were going to do or should we also explain it as a how to?
Seems every one here could learn something new with it being a how to.
Just a thought!

That sounds good to me!
I'm thinking that how the person plans to go about it could change, and that's OK, but that it would still be informative and interesting to hear about Plan One.
Other thoughts?
We still have a few days to iron it out!
Maybe some folks ( Bob Scott who shall remain nameless) will want to try out their videography skills this week.
Something else to iron out - Are we stuck with our original plan once we call it or can we change it up mid contest if something isn't going right or it morphs into something else?

I was thinking we do have to call the behavior we're training for, but that our exact training plans could certainly be modified (as is usually the case, anyway).
Well, darn. There are probably ten people in the developed world who don't own a video camera. I'm one of them. I'll be cheering all of you on, though!
