"No, I believe David's Fama was adopted out. This lady has another Fama who was adopted three years ago. It sounds like David is in the process of tracking down his Fama and dealing wiht a lot of question marks and red tape."
David, with my crazy schedule I can't make phone calls unless it's to an 800 number and can be done between 11pm-7:am Pacific time when I'm at work; but if you need me to email anyone, or I can help in any other way, I'd be glad to do so.

This absolutely made my heart sink. Sending prayers for you to be reunited with Fama. Regardless of who has her now, she is so obviously your girl. Please let me know if you need or want the sharing power of Facebook as I would happily share out a picture and information. If it can help reunite adopted children with biological parents and siblings, surely we have a chance at finding your partner! Your LB family is rooting for you!
We can pray that she is with some people who understand her and love her. Also, pray for David to *at least* have the closure knowing that she is happy.
A tired dog is a good dog, a trained dog is a better dog.
My main concern is that she will end up euthanized because she nips someone that doesn't understand her. She is very kennel tough, and is sometimes in very high drive when she comes out of the kennel, especially when she hasn't worked in a while.
Of course I wish she was with me, but as long as she's happy, safe, and leads a rewarding life, I will be content.
I will continue the search on Monday! I got some more information concerning Military contacts this weekend that will hopefully get me to the person I need to talk to.
David. There is a FB page that I am on called Military Working Dogs.
I'm on my mobile so I can't link it. I will try to send a link o you for it.
It's not just about MWDs they have handlers and adopters posting info about dogs trying to hook everyone up.
Friend me on FB. It's 'Wilma Rosing Tilton' and I cannon you a link there.
Also ill pm you my email. Can you send me Everything you have on file for her and you? Pix everything. I might still have some contacts I can work for you.
