I have a 2 1/2 year old DDR german shepherd male. he has many titles like CD,TD,CGC,RE,BH,TR1 and SAR cadaver dog training.for some reason his obedience is getting sloppy, like his flip finish, when he come into heel he isnt straigh. yesterday i grabbed his skin on his side to bring him in and he snapped at me. i have a new pup in for obedience training and i spend a great deal of time with her. can he just be jealous or can this be a problem? he can at times be hard to handle high drives and all.

It's possible especially if you haven't been giving him preferential treatment showing him and the pup that he comes first in the pack hierarchy. But, I'd get him to the vet to make sure there's no medical problem that may be causing or contributing to the problem.
