Not sure if anyone has heard but the Capt passed quielty in his sleep on July 3rd. He was fighting cancer.....there is a memorial aug 8th in NYC if anyone wants information on attending.
I know some did not agree with Capt's methods but he taught me 38 years ago and I do what I do because of my time spent with him. I spoke to him only a few months ago. He will be greatly missed.

Actually, it wasn't so much Haggerty's methods that most of us didn't agree with, it was his chronic exaggeration of his accomplishments that got a little old.
But that's over now, may he Rest in Peace. And my sincere condolences to his family.
