Luckily this was not a serious incident THIS TIME, but just imagine if that had been a dog aggressive or child aggressive dog breaking loose at the wrong time. Cindy cindyr@leerburg.com

Ed Frawley Administrator Reg: 07-11-2001 Posts: 2112 Loc: Offline	I strongly suggest that everyone who uses prong collars pay attention here (or make sure you have very good insurance) - go to my web site and read about how to have the dominant dog collar back up a prong collar. http://leerburg.com/746.htm We don't sell a prong collar without including a warning about them popping apart like this and strongly recommending these back-up collars. I web page has an emamil from a person whose dog got loose and kiulled another dog when the prong came apart. He had not bought the prong from us. SO PAY ATTENTION HERE BECAUSE THIS HAPPENS TOO OFTEN AND WHEN IT HAPPENS IT IS ALWAYS A SITUAITON WHERE YOU NEED TO CONTROL YOUR DOG. Frawley@leerburg.com http://www.leerburg.com
