Depends on age. Now for my 5 month old he is still in the crate at lest 18 hours a day. Gets out in the morning to potty than eat. 5 am. wife lets out to potty at 7am if both working that day out for potty break and little excersise at noon . wife lets out and feeds at 6pm. I get home 7pm Do a bite session or ob. Let out for potty and one more session before bed. When I am off close to the same but at least three more training sessions and sometimes swimming or other socialising. I also walk about a half mile before bed.

For my almost 2 year old male:
Wake up, backyard fetch (til panting)
Dog eats, I get ready for work
Dog goes with me to work
Quick fetch - 5-6 throws
I work and dog entertains himself near my desk (chews a toy, sleeps, whatever)
1 hard run and fetch session in the morning hours and one in the afternoon.
Go home dog turned out in yard to eat, stalk the perimeter etc
Roommates get home and rough house, chase, play fetch with dog
Dog does schutzhund OB & Prot. on wednesdays and Tracking/OB/Protection on Saturdays
Occasionally people drop by work or home with compatible dogs to race around yard, play.
We take a long walk on city streets at least once a week./
