I personally would never try to treat bad breath; I'd try to find out what's causing it. I have no knowledge of the product-sorry. Bad breath is indicative of poor health; a dog should not have "doggy breath" although, sadly, it's accepted as "normal." What do you feed? Are the dog's teeth clean or do they have build-up? How old is the dog? Otherwise, is the dog healthy or are there other issues?
personally, i feed bones for 'bad' breath....seriously, when i got luc i thought i was in for several 100 dollars of dental work - he had really nasty teeth....then i started feeding raw and now he's got almost perfect white teeth!

Update:
I think it's her feet..... seriously.
I am baking right now and reading my notes on raw stuff, I started to chuckle as I pictured you on your hands and knees with your head down, holding and smelling your dogs feet.....
No worries, I have been there too.....

I got home from work and went over to her pen. It's one of those 4' high folding deals that she can stand up and put her feet on the top rung. She jumps up to greet me and I thought I smelled "the smell". So I bent down to see if I could locate it.
Of course, she's excited (1 year old Aussie) and trying to give me kisses etc. While trying to keep her from slobbering me to death, I'm smelling around her head, mouth, neck, ears etc. Someone looking at us would have thought we were having some sort of odd type of doggy make-out session.
I can't smell it and think of her feet so I take a whiff of her feet..... yup... that's it. Someone looking at us now would have thought I was kissing her feet.
I love her.... but there's no way I'm kissing her feet.
There are three constants in life: Death, taxes and the love of a dog.

I have totally been there when I have needed to check dogs over for some reason or another.
It is great, you know your dog like the back of your hand when you check them over like that. Makes for an easy spot in case a lump, bump or injury pops up.
