I have 3 days old puppys.
That I am getting this morning.
They have magetic.
Have not eatin. in 2 days I am getting them this afternoon suposed to be at least.
I have everything for the formulia have a appointment at my vet.
And they will be tube feed I am figuring.
Have rice socks heating pad.
Any help would be great anything anyone could tell me I really dont have a lot of time to read so any answers or advice would be great.
I think the single most important piece of puppy raising equipment you can have is a scale. Weigh puppies at least 2 times per day and keep a chart of their weight. Quickly noticing no weight gain or loss of weight will allow you to address problems quickly.
Maggot the bugts flies give off
Well I did not get them see the thing is I foster for a resue.
And most of the time they will place them when they say they will.
But for what ever reson some times they just dont call back I went and bought everything I need.
And they called about 2 hours ago and said they had another foster I think the driving distance to my home is the main issue.
So thanks for the help but I did not get them.

Maggots are fly larvae.
If I had known what you meant I'd have advised you to get a lot more detail than "maggots."
That would mean they had dead/dying skin or tissue, because that's the only skin/tissue that maggots feed on. That would probably be some kind of draining wounds or open bacterial skin infections that had stayed moist, most likely outdoors, perhaps with fecal matter allowed to remain on them.
As terrible as this would be for those baby puppies, this would not be something to bring into your home or to your other dogs without a LOT more information on the cause and how they had been treated (medically) so far, and their present condition.
Maybe a medical professional was able to take them, which is really better for them (and for your household).
