Skip passed away on Dec 21st at home with this family by his side. I purchased my now 8 month old Malinois from DeMeaux Malionis which was based out of Holland, Ohio (not far from Toledo). Skip was fairly new into the breeding field, but his passion was great. He started the kennel with an Ot Vitosha bitch "Gracee" and had two other females (one direct from Europe) that were next in line to get his kennel going, but sadly before things got into full swing he was given news that he wouldn't be able to continue with the kennel.
Skip was a great guy and I was glad to have met him and kept in touch with him as long as I did. Should anyone wish to send their condolences to his wife, Sandi, you can access an email link from the DeMeaux Malinois page.
I knew Skip and he was a good friend. His passing is a great loss to all who knew him.
Hey William, thank you for posting this in remembrance of Skip. I know he was proud of placing a pup in a good working home like yours. He filled me in a couple times on how one of his 'star' pups was doing up there in New Jersey!

Some confusion here. Skip did not have an import in his kennels from Europe.
His first bitch, Lillee, came from a 2006 breeding arranged through Tarheel Canine. She had alot of Joefarm in her lines. Nice dog, but, he never had a chance to breed her. Sandi is keeping Lillee along with their male Diesel.
Gracee was his second bitch he found through another breeder and the only bitch he had a litter with. Gracee is now retired from breeding and living the good life in a sport home in Indiana.
The third bitch, Deana, was a pup through Mason's kennels whose potential was yet to be seen, but, showed much promise. Deana has also been adopted into a sport home.
Hey James, I know Skip was very big into the Forums so I thought that maybe some people on here might know of him. As for Deana, I thought she was an import that they had purchased from Mason's but I may have misunderstood. Glad to hear Deana and Gracee have found a good home. Again glad to see that someone who knew Skip got to read my post. Take Care. Bill
