So... apparently a shiba inu looks a bit like a coyote. Once identified as a coyote apparently seeking another opinion isn't an option but turning the shibote loose "into the wild" behind home depot is totally an option. This is almost Fark worthy except I don't think they have a tag for Kentucky.
THIS is why I drove 20 miles further, pretty sure I was having a heart attack 2 weeks ago. I was alone with my dog and didn't want some dumba** from Animal Control getting hands on him.
First, I would like to say that, this is a reminder that we all need to keep some kind of collar on are dogs at all times. Even if you are not running your dogs tags on that collar. A collar needs to be on our dogs always.
Secondly, I have never seen a Yote ever in any state with a curly tail that sits high on their backs. But, that is just an observation, I am by no means a Yote expert.
Thirdly, I feel horrible for that dog and the dogs family. I would press charges. If for nothing else the states workers incompetence.
And in the words of Forrest Gump. Thats all I got to say about that.
