connie -- yes, I did read everything you linked me to about EPI and printed out a lot of detailed stuff about the testing, what the result levels indicsate, etc so I can be more proactive about this now. thanks for the food advice, I will not cut back until I get the test results and am more clear aboput what's going on....
melissa - yes, I've tried even doubling the enzymes, does not make a difference. I mix them well with the Honest Kitchen and let them sit at least 15-20 min -- though I just read on the EPI site that they should sit 30 minutes or longer.........
