I need to put together a very well worded reply to a dog rescue person, regarding a dog attacking another dog while it was having a seizure. I am aware that dogs will kill a weaker member of a pack - and need some articles/studies to refer her to that explain the pack behavior in this regard.
She told the owner that the dog was aggressive and a danger to others, and should be euthanized. The dog in question is 20 pounds.
