Ok so there's this guy who lives around the block from me a K9 officer, While walking Logan today I saw him with his dog walking and it was very aggressive. He even had to cross the road to walk past. He told it to stop but AFTER it lunged and barked as us. I thought that was very odd. I have never seen him walking his dog before, so this is a first. But shouldn't a police K9 be non-reactive??? It lunged at a man walking in front of us and then at us. I get the feeling the guy is an ego-maniac.
A tired dog is a good dog, a trained dog is a better dog.
You may be right, then again you may not know the circumstances behind why he has him out. There's a thousand and one different reasons for this and that, and the other thing. It all comes down to , we just don't know.
Like you said to, you've never seen him walk his dog before. Perhaps there is a reason behind it. *shrug* I'd at least have him muzzled.
He was better than most pet owners...he did at least cross the road and pass. I had just been approached by a strange toothless man asking how old my dog was...from a high traffic house...just a moment before I saw them. So, I was like "now what" LOL.
A tired dog is a good dog, a trained dog is a better dog.
