First post, so if in the wrong spot let me know. I have a 2 yr old German Shepherd that as an MP Company Commander he was my unit Mascot. Great dog, highly socialized but he has zero drive. Any ways to motivate a dog? Acts more like a throw rug, but we socailized him so the kids and all could come up and pet him and never worry. Heck I would be happy with him getting a ball back to me. In the house he will get a ball but after about 3 times he loses interest, go out in the yard and he will never retrieve the ball. Any info would be helpful, thanks.
