I am so sorry for your loss! What a terrible tragedy.
I too have very young children and I know that it is very hard to tell them.My 7 yr. old still cries about the death of my old rescued GSD mix who passed away last year.
Was Sasha vaccinated against Parvo? I realize that her cause of death isn't really known and I was curious because I've heard the vaccine for Parvo isn't always 100% effective.
I wish you all of the best and will remember Sasha and your family in my prayers.

Sasha had gotten her booster shots and i stopped there. so she didi get the vaccination but i guess it did not last for her. other people have said that their dogs have gotten their vaccinations and they got the titters done year os so later and they were fine. i still had not decided totally what to do about that whole vaccination think.
so all, let me and Sasha be the example, and just be safe. make sure that one way or the other you make sure your pets are healthy
Argo and I send our heart felt condolences to you and your family. A loss of a friend who's always there when your happy and when you are blue, sasha and your friends will get you through! At the rainbow bridge a many of partners we have lost for life they have saved at a high cost. I give you hope and praise that some day you will fill your heart with many more fun filled days. A new friend awaits you out there with that warm little stare. A lick on the hand a kiss on your face a puppy will fill that empty space. Keep safe and happy.
