Do an Internet search and look up the USDAA, NADAC, AKC, ASCA and UKC websites for information about their respective agility programs. Titles differ between each organization. Obstacles include jumps (broad, upright, spread and tire), tunnels (open and collapsed), a-frames, dog walks, teeter-totters, pause tables (or boxes), and weave poles (I think that's all of them). The UKC's obstacles differ some from the rest of the orgs.

AKC agility has 2 possible runs you can take your dog thru in the day. One is the 'standard' run. Speed and control with the contact obstacles such as the a-frame and pause table included. The other run is the Jumpers run and is for accuracy and SPEED, just jumps, tunnels and weave poles. Your dog must be either AKC registered or have an ILP# to compete.
Both USDAA and NADAC allow All-American type dogs (unregistered). These are also very fun venues to join and compete in. I have found that speed is even more important ultimately with these groups, with tighter times to qualify when you get into the higher levels. Neat though because they have the 2 standard runs similiar to AKC PLUS additional games and other runs to title/compete in. So you can have 4 plus runs a day with the games using strategy and skills different for every team trying to gain points and make times.

I feed Nutro brands, right now using the blue bag (Adult) but also pleased when used the Lamb and Rice mixtures.
I also use the supplement Nupro http://www.gooddogmagazine.com/nuprojointaa.htm the dogs love it, just mix it with their food (no having to bother with pills and dosages), and it's got a mix of all additives I want my dogs to have.
