Personally I would never want to board my dog anywhere, even with the best trainers, for training. I don't believe in it, but I have never heard anything negative about triple crown, I'd say you could do alot worse

I have a few questions:
What type of issues are you having with your dog? There are many knowledgeable people on this board who may be able to help.
Another thing to keep in mind is even if the dog had the best training in the world, if he doesn't respect you, he is not going to listen.
I have seen people come in to our club for assistance with behavioral issues. When the experienced handlers get a hold of the "problem dog's" lead, you would never know there WAS any type of problem with the dog. (This transpires immediately. The MINUTE they get a hold of the leash.)
Have you thought of finding a trainer who offers private lessons?
