That's about what I thought to!!!
Except one thing - the suggestion for tethering a dog rather than crating it works wonders with some severe behavior problems
And I do like his overall attitude of simplicity in training. However, when he gets to the throwing stuff - I think that was started by him being lazy. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
