(The Object Guard) Championships

This is the first time that I traveled to Holland and filmed the Object Guard Championships. This year the competition took place on the same weekend as the PH 1 and PH 2 championships. The KNPV has 4 competitions: PH 1, PH 2, the Object Guard and a tracking test (Sperhund). Dogs that compete in the Object Guard all have PH1 titles before they attempt to qualify for this event. This year saw the first time in the history of the KNPV that one dog qualified for both the PH1 Championship and the Object Guard Championship. If you are a fan of the Dutch Malinois, or if you have dogs in your kennel that have object guard dogs in their pedigrees, you should buy this video. |
