One particular point he made seems to go right to the most important point: some people are too quick to stimulate the dog with an electronic collar. He stresses in his DVD presentation (Remote Collar Training For Pet Owners) that the dog should already really know the command before using the stimulation following a 'No' when the dog declines to obey. Command > dog ignores > 'No' ... 1 second then stimulate with the 'nick' if the dog has not obeyed.
