Our dog is suffering from inflamed elbows. Is there anything you could recommend to help him?

Full Question:
Hi Ed and Cindy,

First I want to thank you for the special collar you sold me 5 years ago! It has been amazing! Our lovely rescue can now walk perfectly on a leash. He is now about 10 years and is suffering from inflamed elbows. The vet had it lanced and he is on antibiotics. Do you have anything to recommend to help with this?? We unfortunately have wood floors. He has 2 beds ...but seems to like to spend time on the floor. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much and have a lovely day and stay cool!!

Cindy Cindy's Answer:
Did your dog have a hygroma? If so, you should make him lay on a soft surface, take away his options to lay on the hard floor.

You may need to use an exercise pen to confine him.

There is also a product I’ve heard of called Dog Leggs, that may help. I have NO experience using them, but I’ve seen their website in the past. You can use google to find more info.
