I have a question about the design of the wire basket muzzle.

Full Question:

I was looking to purchase a wire basket muzzle for my German Shepard. I have taken all the necessary measurement needed. My question is it does not have a leather strap going from the basket between the eyes to behind the head like some others that I seen on your site is the a reason or just because of the longer snout. If there are fitted right have you ever seen the wire basket muzzle come off.

Whether or not the dog can get off the muzzle really depends on the dog and the fit of the muzzle. Some of our muzzles come in a 3-strap model others do not. We do not have the option of customizing the muzzles as they are not made here.

If the muzzle is a perfect fit and strapped on securely and correctly, I have not seen it come off in normal use situations.
