How do I clean the French linen and jute tugs I ordered from you?

Full Question:
Hello Cindy! I recently ordered a couple french linen tugs and round from you guys and couldn't be happier with them. Though, I was curious how best to clean them after they collect some sand/dirt/leaves/ect from use in the yard on a line? I'm concerned with the sand building up and grinding my girls teeth down and just want to keep them clean overall. Also would there be any difference in cleaning jute or other types of synthetic training toys?
Thanks so much!
Cindy
Cindy Cindy's Answer:

When my tugs get dried-on dirt, slobber, or debris, I just use a scrub brush to clean them off. Sometimes I’ll wash them by hand in the sink or with the outside hose with water and a brush, then hang them to dry.

If you're in a very sandy environment, it’s a good idea to rinse and scrub off loose dirt and sand after each use. I don’t routinely wash my tugs—just when they need it. Brushing them off before and after each session usually works best to keep abrasive material from building up.
