I've got some fish oil, vitamin E and might try some whole food vitamins too. It rained a lot today and I thought it would help but he was sneezing and clawing...I wonder if its from the trees??? Maybe the rain got more of whatever it is in the grass and or air?

Do you know the dosages?
About rain (with an inside dog OR a dog who lives outside (in a doghouse): We can't know. Here's the thing .... Rain often reduces the pollen count by "cleaning" the air. Rain (versus breeze) has been very good for at least two allergic dogs I have had.
But it can also cause a growth spurt in grasses. Grasses make up more than half of my current allergic dog's allergens. (Remember, dogs are completely individual.)
In addition, if there is some kind of mold/mildew allergy, rain is not a good thing.
I may attempt bathing today if it warms up enough. Hopefully I won't hurt myself, but this won't be the first time I have neglected my own well being for a dog. LOL
per capsule:
the E is 200iu
fish oil 640mg
krill is 500mg

A few weeks ago I hurt my back pretty badly. Last week I took my allergic dog to the groomer at the vet's office (not the vet techs .... I've had much better luck with people who actually work as groomers) for an "express" grooming (for him, bath and claws), "express" meaning I don't leave him -- she does him at an appointed hour while I wait. I brought his medicated dog shampoo and the leave-in that follows the rinsing. I also brought the Vetericyn and she sprayed between all his toes and aimed a cool dryer on them after each spray dried on its own for a few seconds so his toes didn't leave with dampness in between.
Anyway, even though I certainly can't do that all the time, that $50 was so well spent with a hurt back.
PS
It was a first time for me ... having a clean shiny dog without me being wet, soapy, and sweaty.

We are blessed here with a do it yourself dog bath place where the tubs are are waist height so you don't have to bend over! It's only $16 and includes shampoo (they have a bunch of different kinds to choose from like oatmeal, hypoallergenic, etc), towels, ear wash and blow dry. I go there if I'm having any back or neck issues.
Lots of the stall style car washes around me are converting a stall or building a separate area into a dog bath. They generally have a tub w/ramp, blow dryer, shampoos, etc. I've thought about dropping by just so I can use the blow dryer. Tanner likes to roll in things when he's wet and I have a dirt backyard.
I don't think a groomer could bathe him, just them picking him up and putting him in the tub would probably piss him off...plus he's not vaccinated, except rabies. I have to say that would be a great luxury tho!
I bathed him with the hose on a grooming table outside and dry him with a metro blaster. He jumps right on the table for me and stays. Right now with the way my sprained shoulder/neck is I can only hold up the hose with my right arm...its pathetic haha. I'll wash his face and feet again today since he's been doing a lot of face rubbing.
