Uploaded on November 22, 2023 • 6 min

In this video, Ed Frawley shares a question from the Ask Cindy database. Today's question is about an owner who lives in Canada where it can get around negative 50 degrees and when taking the dogs out it can be a challenge. The owner was wondering if they should use a prong collar in the winter.

I live in Canada too and I put a wool headband over the prong in the winter, kind of like a scarf when we go outside. Then I don't need to be concerned about the frost bites.
