Many people do not establish the same rules and expectations for small dogs as they would for larger dogs. It is also harder to find good equipment for small dogs. Ed Frawley discusses some good equipment to use for your small dog.

I can highly recommend the light weight British slip leash, being British myself and a qualified and accredited dog Behaviour Practitioner dealing with many dominant and aggressive small dogs, this is the type of leash I always recommend for my clients to use. Its design is first class, in so much as its easy to fit and if applied correctly and used correctly it does not take long to modify the dog behaviour regarding aggression.

These videos are so helpful. Even if they don't apply to a situation I am dealing with, I always watch because I always learn something. Keep 'em coming.
And I would love to see a Michael Ellis DVD on dealing with specific behaviors, ie reactive dogs, etc. Thanks!
