Purely Positive Dog Training Caused a Train Wreck
In this video, Ed Frawley shares a question from the Ask Cindy database. Today's question is about a large dog with high prey drive that is selectively reactive to certain people and dogs after he had a bad experience with another dog which resulted in a dog fight. The owner has tried different equipment and working with several positive-only trainers and behaviorists, but the behavior is still happening. Ed will be discussing what should be done differently when training, handling, and managing this dog in the future with the correct tools.
